Job summary

The San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to oversee day-to-day compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. This hands-on role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll and senior leaders to ensure competitive, compliant programs.

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 | Full-time | Primarily on-site four days a week. The role emphasizes compensation administration, benefits operations, data accuracy, analytics, and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 6–8+ years in compensation and benefits; at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of total rewards, compensation design, compliance, and market trends.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day compensation operations and support HR partners and leaders.
• Lead annual compensation planning and ADP configurations.
• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and classifications.
• Oversee benefit programs, enrollment, and vendor relationships.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses for total rewards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
