The role requires 5+ years in total rewards, strong Excel and HRIS experience, and collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and external vendors. This is a hybrid role in Houston with a $80K-$100K base plus a 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant benefits/comp experience is required.
• 5+ years in benefits administration or total rewards.
• Experience with health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and leaves.
• FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA and related regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
• Coordinate leave programs (FMLA and others) and facilitate case management.
• Support compensation processes: merit, market pricing, and salary benchmarking.
• Maintain HRIS data and reporting; collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and vendors.
