HSO Group B.V. is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to own the strategy, design, competitiveness, and compliance of compensation, benefits, payroll, and total rewards programs.

You will conduct market benchmarking, equity analyses, and modeling to inform pay structures and benefits offerings, while guiding annual review cycles and VCP administration. You will also direct health plan administration, vendor negotiations, and open enrollment, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or total rewards.
• Experience managing payroll operations across multi-state environments.
• Experience leading compensation programs and annual review cycles.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, design, competitiveness, and compliance of total rewards programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to inform pay structures.
• Lead annual compensation review cycles and VCP administration.
• Direct health plan strategy, vendor negotiations, and open enrollment planning.
• Oversee payroll operations for 400+ remote employees across jurisdictions.
• Build and scale the total rewards function and hire a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator.
