Job summary

Quva seeks a strategic Manager, Compensation & Benefits in Sugar Land, TX, a hybrid role blending leadership with hands-on program design. You will shape our Total Rewards strategy, overseeing health, retirement, and incentive programs, and align pay with business goals through collaboration with executives.

You will lead vendor relationships, ensure ERISA and related laws are followed, mentor staff, and communicate enrollment materials.

Qualifications

• Track record of designing and implementing Total Rewards programs.
• Experience with ERISA, FLSA, FMLA and related laws.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of Total Rewards programs.
• Partner with leadership to meet organizational objectives through compensation and benefits.
• Analyze market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of plans.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Supervise staff and provide training; prepare communications and enrollment materials.
