Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience developing and overseeing enterprise compensation programs.
• Experience designing and managing sales incentive compensation plans.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) plan administration, governance, and compliance.
• Experience leading annual compensation processes including pricing, salary planning, merit, and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership across compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and incentives.
• Evaluate market data and trends to keep programs competitive and financially responsible.
• Advise executive leadership with data‑driven Total Rewards recommendations.
• Lead design and governance of base pay, salary structures, and merit programs.
• Oversee annual compensation processes: planning, adjustments, and incentives.
• Establish governance and processes for compensation and benefits across the organization.
• Oversee executive compensation strategies and complex arrangements.
• Lead sales incentive plan design and governance with key stakeholders.
• Ensure 401(k) compliance, governance, testing, and reporting.
• Communicate Total Rewards concepts clearly to senior leadership.
