Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our Chicago-based Human Resources team. You will lead payroll, benefits and HRIS operations, coordinating with Finance and vendors to deliver accurate, compliant processes and a superior employee experience.

You will mentor the payroll/benefits team, maintain data integrity, develop dashboards, and support system upgrades while ensuring timely, accurate administration in a dynamic multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of payroll, benefits, HRIS or HR operations experience.
• UKG experience preferred.
• This role is based at Scion's Chicago corporate headquarters.
• Standard daytime business hours apply, with flexibility during peak periods and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Payroll Operations for a multi-state, multi-company workforce with oversight and accuracy.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave and wellness programs; manage broker and vendor relationships.
• Partner on HRIS administration, data integrity, upgrades, testing, reporting and dashboards.
• Lead and develop the team; coach, set priorities, and ensure timely day-to-day administration.
