Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys is seeking a Full Time Total Rewards Business Partner to lead compensation and benefits administration onsite in Minnesota. The role focuses on evaluating market rates, maintaining data integrity, and driving process improvements using AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborating with Employee Experience, Finance, and Payroll, you will own programs from design to implementation, ensuring compliance and competitive total rewards offerings for a large retail workforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of compensation/benefits administration with hands‑on ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• CCP, CEBS, or PHR/SPHR certification.
• Proficiency in HRIS/HCM platforms and advanced Excel.
• Experience applying AI/automation to total rewards processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day compensation and benefit programs with accuracy and compliance.
• Support annual compensation cycle, salary reviews, and pay equity analysis.
• Administer retirement and福利 programs and assist in open enrollment.
