Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits plans.

• Support the administration of compensation processes, such as salary surveys, job evaluations, and merit increase cycles.
• Assist in the review and analysis of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to the communication and education efforts related to total rewards programs, ensuring employees understand the value and impact of their benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for total rewards projects.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to support decision‑making and communication of total rewards strategy.
