Job summary

Rehlko seeks a motivated student for its Early Talent Program in Human Resources and Total Rewards. You will gain hands-on exposure to compensation, benefits, and HR initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

• Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college/university for the duration of the term.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data to generate insights.
• Strong communication and project-management skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Total Rewards and HR initiatives, including compensation and benefits data analysis.
• Assist in developing and communicating Total Rewards programs to employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development activities within the Early Talent Program.

Enrollment Requirement

Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program for the duration of the term, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
