Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (Americas) to lead regional Total Rewards integration efforts. The role partners with internal teams and external partners to support country-level analysis, readiness, and harmonization across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation in a multinational environment.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions with local market understandings.
• Experience supporting country-level Benefits and Total Rewards programs and vendor coordination.
• Ability to translate decisions into practical country-level readiness plans and materials.
• Experience with compensation program rollout activities and readiness.
• Strong project management, trackers, risk logs, and governance.
• Analytical and documentation skills with accurate country inventories.
• Prior M&A, integration or harmonization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional SME for Total Rewards integration across Americas.
• Coordinate country-by-country benefit reviews and harmonization opportunities.
• Develop a country-level Total Rewards inventory for planning and decisions.
• Create Day 1 readiness materials, implementation plans, and checklists.
• Maintain decision, risk, issue, and action trackers for accountability.
• Support policy updates, handbook changes, and communications with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness and execution across people, processes, data, payroll, vendors.
• Drive post-Day 1 harmonization actions and regional rollout support.
