Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (Compensation & Global Mobility) for a hybrid role at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD. You will lead analysis, design, and rollout of global compensation programs across regions, partnering with Total Rewards leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes alignment with the Global Job Framework, stock plan administration, STI/LTI/ESPP design, and Day 1 readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR integration, or related work.
• Experience across multiple countries/regions and local market practices.
• Experience supporting compensation programs (STI, LTI, ESPP, equity, annual planning).
• Ability translating compensation design into readiness plans and materials.
• Experience with program rollout, local readiness and tracking.
• Knowledge of Global Mobility programs preferred.
• Strong PM and documentation skills with trackers and risk logs.
• Prior M&A integration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation program analysis and design decisions.
• Align compensation with McCormick's Global Job Framework.
• Coordinate stock plan administration and implementation.
• Support regional rollout of global compensation programs.
• Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and implementation requirements.
• Support Day 1 readiness and post-Day 1 harmonization activities.
