Job summary

McCormick & Company in Hunt Valley, Maryland, seeks a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (Americas) to serve as the regional expert. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to support country-level analysis, design decisions, Day 1 readiness, and post-Day 1 harmonization across the Americas.

The role translates integration decisions into practical readiness materials, policy inputs, and documentation, coordinating country-by-country benefit reviews and compensation program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation, and HR project delivery in a multinational organization.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions with local market practices, statutory requirements, and payroll dependencies.
• Strong experience supporting country-level Benefits and Total Rewards programs, including plan reviews, vendor coordination, policy documentation, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis and design decisions.
• Coordinate country-by-country benefit reviews across a region, including side-by-side analysis and documentation of recommendations, decisions, and harmonization opportunities.
• Develop a country-level Total Rewards inventory.
• Create and maintain an inventory of Benefits and Total Rewards programs offered by country to support planning and harmonization.
• Develop Day 1 readiness materials and country readiness packs, implementation plans, and stakeholder checklists.
