Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a highly organized HR professional to support Total Rewards, including payroll and benefits administration, data integrity, and process improvement. This role offers exposure to open enrollment, annual HR programs, and ongoing HRIS maintenance within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, at least one year in HR operations or analytics, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, benefits, payroll, or total rewards.
• Workday experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including enrollment and eligibility.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related reconciliations.
• Contribute to annual HR programs, benefits open enrollment, and ACA reporting.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare reports and communications to improve pay and benefits processes.
