Job summary

ASU Prep is expanding its Total Rewards & Employee Experience program. The Program Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of benefits, leave, accommodations, recognition, wellbeing, and compensation initiatives.

This role works across departments and with external partners, driving decisions with data while advising rather than supervising. Success requires strong analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, with 5–7 years in total

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Certifications preferred (CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CCP).
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in total rewards, benefits, compensation, or related HR functions.
• Experience administering benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and wellness programs.
• Experience with compensation processes, benchmarking, and pay practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead total rewards and employee experience programs aligned with goals.
• Act as SME for benefits, leave, accommodations, engagement, and related programs.
• Manage enterprise-wide projects from planning to evaluation.
• Analyze data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Partner with leaders and vendors to deliver effective programs.
