Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy seeks a Total Rewards & Employee Experience Program Manager to lead benefits, leave, recognition, wellbeing, and compensation initiatives. You will drive programs across departments, leverage data for strategic decisions, and ensure compliance and effectiveness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve the employee lifecycle and overall experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/business/public administration or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in total rewards, benefits, compensation or related HR functions.
• Experience administering benefits, retirement plans, leaves, accommodations, and wellness programs.
• Experience supporting compensation processes: merit reviews, salary benchmarking, pay practices.
• Experience managing vendor relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party admins.
• Active AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage total rewards and employee experience programs.
• Manage open enrollment planning, communications, and vendor coordination.
• Develop recommendations to enhance employee value propositions and retention.
• Oversee leave of absence and accommodation programs; ensure compliance.
• Lead onboarding and education for total rewards; create resources and campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for rewards and engagement programs.
