Evergen seeks a Senior Manager/Director of Total Rewards to shape compensation and benefits, own the HRIS, and lead rewards integration during mergers. You will mentor HR professionals and collaborate across business units to align rewards with company goals.

Location options include Alachua, FL; West Lafayette, IN; or Eden Prairie, MN. Onsite is preferred, with hybrid/remote options and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in human resources, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Track record of turning ideas into measurable improvements in rewards programs or HR operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of total rewards strategy aligned to business goals.
• Identify opportunities to modernize total rewards and HRIS through technology, automation, and analytics.
• Manage compensation structures, job architecture, benchmarking, and salary reviews with HR and finance.
