Job summary

Allegis Group in Hanover, MD is seeking a Total Rewards Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud for Global Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Workforce Compensation.

You will lead a delivery organization, partner with Product Management and Business Leadership, manage governance, vendor relations, and ensure quality, schedule, cost, and risk commitments while migrating from legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HRIS/IS/Business
• 7+ years HRIS/HR tech delivery including 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation)
• Experience managing global cross-functional technology delivery programs
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance for payroll/benefits

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery roadmap for Oracle Fusion modules (Global Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation)
• Manage full delivery lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support
• Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases/patches with minimal business disruption
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs; manage backlog with Product
• Lead governance forums and escalation points for roadmap/risk/dependencies
• Supervise a team led by 2 IS Managers; provide coaching and performance oversight
• Coordinate with Oracle, SI, and vendors; own SLAs and delivery quality
• Ensure secure data exchange with third-party providers and alignment with enterprise architecture
