Rheem North America in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst (HR Technology) to lead Oracle Fusion HCM Total Rewards governance, encompassing compensation and benefits configuration, payroll readiness, and data integrity. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure compliant, scalable Total Rewards delivery across North America and global operations.

Qualifications

Lead Compensation and Benefits system governance within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Manage end-to-end Total Rewards configurations and data integrity.
Support payroll integration and regulatory reporting across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead governance and configuration standards for Oracle Fusion HCM Total Rewards.
Coordinate design, testing, and validation of data flows between modules.
Manage annual compensation cycles and equity plan configuration.
Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud release impacts for Total Rewards.
Maintain documentation for SOX, ACA, ERISA, and related regulations.
Translate total rewards strategy into technology solutions with cross-functional teams.
Design OTBI dashboards and audit queries for real-time KPIs.
Oversee end-to-end delivery from requirements to post-implementation validation.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HR admins and analysts.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations.
Evaluate emerging capabilities like AI-driven benchmarking and analytics.
