Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for routine compensation questions and resolve inquiries.
• Assist in base pay structures, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Participate in market pricing, job benchmarking, and external surveys.
• Evaluate and maintain job descriptions and salary grades for new/revised positions.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide recognition initiatives with leaders across the organization.
• Support reporting, audits, and data validation for compensation programs.
