Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, leadership, and vendors to design competitive benefits and manage budgets, enrollment, and compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and FMLA.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, HR, compensation and benefits, or total rewards.
• Experience managing health and welfare benefit programs, retirement plans, leave administration, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with mid-sized to large organizations (500+ employees) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Ensure accurate enrollments, eligibility determinations, and benefit changes.
• Lead annual open enrollment planning, execution, and post-enrollment audits.
• Establish and maintain benefits policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and applicable labor laws.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update programs accordingly.
• Coordinate benefits audits and maintain required documentation.
• Mitigate risk through compliant benefits practices.
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
• Monitor vendor performance and SLAs.
• Resolve escalated benefits issues and claims concerns.
• Oversee retirement programs (401(k), pension, deferred comp) with compliance.
• Coordinate with plan admins and investment advisors.
• Oversee FMLA, ADA, short/long term disability, parental leave, and other leave programs.
• Support return-to-work and accommodation processes.
• Develop benefits communication strategies and education materials.
• Conduct meetings, webinars, and open enrollment sessions.
• Analyze enrollment, participation, utilization, and costs; report trends.
