Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Total Rewards Data Services Lead Analyst to partner with Total Rewards stakeholders and drive analyses for employee benefits and wellbeing strategy. The role focuses on measuring outcomes, cost effectiveness, and program impact using diverse data sources.

You will translate business questions into analytical requirements, ensure data quality, and develop models to forecast trends and ROI. Collaboration across teams and mentoring junior staff are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with data analytics, ROI measurement, and cost evaluation.
• Strong data governance and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and requirements.
• Validate data quality and sources.
• Analyze large datasets to evaluate ROI and identify drivers.
• Design dashboards and presentations for leadership.
• Query and combine data from Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS.
• Lead project workstreams and mentor junior staff.
