As part of a shared services data analytics team, the Total Rewards Data Services Lead Analyst partners with Total Rewards stakeholders to conduct analyses that inform employee benefits and wellbeing strategy, including measurement of physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing initiatives.
Supports a culture of data driven decision‑making by understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements and analytical solutions that support evaluation of employee wellbeing outcomes and cost effectiveness. Responsible for working cross‑functionally to collect data and develop models to identify trends and evaluate programs using a variety of data sources, including medical and pharmacy claims, program utilization, and publicly available data.
Acts as a technical expert in own area within the organization. May work independently or as part of a team on more complex projects. Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior team members and may lead project workstreams.
