The University of Miami is seeking a data analytics professional to support Total Rewards by analyzing data, building business reports, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes. You will work closely with various departments to gather data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities include developing models to depict trends, performing basic statistical analyses, and handling ad hoc reporting requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
