Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A in Stamford, CT. You will partner with the Office of the CFO and leaders across Operations, Retail, Marketing, Shared Services and Corporate functions to drive financial planning, forecasting, and executive reporting that support strategic decisions.

You will leverage financial and operational data to deliver insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Analytics, Consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, Power Query, pivot tables, and large dataset manipulation.
• Experience building budgets, forecasts, financial models, and executive reporting packages using planning and reporting tools such as Vena, OneStream, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Omni, or other BI and data visualization tools strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the CFO and business leaders with analysis, forecasting, and decision support.
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning across functions.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models for performance, investments, and growth.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for retail, operations, marketing, and other performance areas.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting and data quality.
