• Experience: 2 years Registered Nurse experience (Required) 1 year Experience in Surgical Services or Orthopedic setting (Preferred)
• Skills/Abilities: General clerical skills, Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); precise communication; problem solving; organizational/time management

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs according to standards of practice.
• Completes preoperative screening calls and appointments accurately.
• Assesses patient condition and needs to optimize for procedures; documents findings clearly.
• Leads the Hip and Knee Replacement Program and promotes standardized processes across care continuum.
• Educates patients and caregivers on pre-procedure instructions and recovery expectations.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
