Job summary

Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Nurse Navigator to support our total joints program and optimize surgical patients as they prepare for total joints surgery. The RN will work closely with two total joint surgeons and clinical support teams to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time role requires a dedicated RN with BSN, current RN license, and BLS, with prior orthopedic or navigation experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with a BSN.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Prior orthopedic/ joint navigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process for total joints patients.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure safe, high-quality care.
