Riverside Hospital Services in Gloucester, VA is seeking a Total Joint Navigator RN to lead the Hip and Knee Replacement Program, coordinate pre- and post-operative care, and educate patients and families throughout the joint replacement continuum. The role requires RN licensure with 2 years of RN experience; surgical/orthopedic experience is preferred.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure precise documentation, and support accreditation efforts.

Formación

• 2 years Registered Nurse experience (Required)
• 1 year Experience in Surgical Services or Orthopedic setting (Preferred)
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patient needs and coordinates preoperative screening and education
• Documents pre-assessment and anesthesia-related findings clearly
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to guide and transition patients through joint replacement care
• Leads the Hip and Knee Replacement Program and facilitates program education and staff development
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
