Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a hands-on Tosca Test Automation Architect Lead to design and scale automated tests across Oracle Fusion applications. You will build robust Tosca tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and collaborate with Oracle functional teams to ensure quality across patches and migrations.

The role requires leading a squad of 4–6 engineers, translating business flows into executable scenarios, and driving API testing with REST Assured,

Qualifications

• Proven experience automating Oracle business processes in HCM/FIN/SCM/CRM/EPM modules.
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy.
• Hands-on CICD setup and maintenance (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git/GitHub).
• Tricentis Tosca certification AS1/AS2 or higher with enterprise Tosca usage.
• Exposure to test data design, Tosca TCD/TDS, accessibility, security testing, and performance basics.
• Strong Jira/Azure DevOps for work management and traceability.
• Excellent communication to present quality status to leadership.
• Experience in team management/mentoring in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Tosca-based test automation frameworks.
• Translate business flows in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS into executable tests.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Lead a squad of engineers; mentor and uplift automation maturity.
• Drive API testing and cross-browser testing; enforce reusable Page Objects.
• Champion BDD/TDD, risk-based testing, and traceability from requirements to defects.

Tosca Test Automation Architect Lead Tricentis Tosca Oracle Fusion CICD

About The Role

We are hiring a hands on Test Automation Architect Lead to build and scale automation across Oracle Fusion applications You will design robust tests using Tricentis TOSCA integrate them into CICD pipelines Azure DevOpsJenkins and collaborate closely with Oracle functional and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Automation
• Design implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks Tricentis TOSCA
• Create maintainable page object module based test suites enforce coding standards reviews and reusability
• Oracle Functional Validation
• Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud Oracle EBS eg Finance SCM HCM EPM etc into executable test scenarios
• Validate integrations reports and securityroles support patchregression cycles
• Have at least delivered 3 to 4 cycles of test automation for Oracle Quarterly patches using TOSCA
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Custom UI to Redwood migration
• CICD Tooling
• Set up and optimize CICD for continuous testing eg Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions enable parallel headless and scheduled runs
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates own pipeline health and stability
• Quality Engineering Practices
• Champion BDDTDD risk based testing test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects JIRA ADO
• Drive API testing eg REST Assured Postman SoapUI data validation and cross browser testing
• Team Leadership Collaboration
• Lead a squad 46 engineers plan sprints assign work mentor and uplift automation maturity
• Partner with product owners developers and architects communicate clearly with business stakeholders
• Governance Continuous Improvement
• Define coverage metrics report KPIs perform RCA on failures continually improve reliability and execution speed

Must Have Qualifications

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
