Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation; tortilla or similar is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh tortillas using traditional recipes and techniques to meet quality standards.
