Qualifications

• Minimum four years of full-time liability claims investigation and settlement experience.
• At least 18 months of experience in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity or supervising staff.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring compliance and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, approve timesheets and leave, manage attendance.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to new and existing employees.
• Develop, implement, and enforce divisional policies, procedures, standards, and protocols.
• Direct daily operations, set priorities, assign work, monitor deadlines, ensure staffing and resource efficiency.
• Establish quality-control measures and maintain metrics, ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify deficiencies, implement corrective action, drive continuous improvement.
• Assess operational needs and staffing requirements, propose improvements to senior management.
