You will support field crews, process data with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD, and prepare survey base drawings and legal descriptions. Strong math, communication, and detail orientation are required, with potential travel to worksites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting field survey crews and processing survey data.
• Knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Trimble software.
• Ability to prepare base drawings and legal descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Research records on easements, deeds to draft working sketches.
• Process field crew data with Trimble Business Center.
• Create survey base drawings using field data and maps.
• Produce subdivision maps and ALTA/topographic surveys in AutoCAD.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way.
• Perform QA/QC on work.
• Other duties as assigned.
