Landmark Realty specializes in acquiring and managing traditional multifamily housing and furnished corporate apartments. With over 50 years of success, we’ve grown to 7,600+ units across 70 properties nationwide, offering an inclusive, values-driven workplace where residents feel at home.

We’re seeking a Leasing Consultant to deliver outstanding service, show and lease apartments, process applications, and drive tenant retention.

Qualifications

• 2 years of property leasing required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Motivated self-starter in a fast-paced team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Show and lease apartments and greet prospective tenants.
• Maintain resident retention and resolve conflicts.
• Enforce community rules and regulate turnovers with maintenance.
• Process applications and renewals and manage related paperwork.
• Develop sales outreach and lead generation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure turnovers on time.
• Identify trends in issues and advise management.
