A leading real estate management company in New York is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and resident retention in their apartment community. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Qualifications

• 1+ years leasing experience; preferably multi-family.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Affordable Housing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full life cycle of leasing.
• Stays updated with current leasing conditions.
• Processes applications and initiates the verification process.
• Prepares lease paperwork for move-ins and renewals.
• Responds to inquiries from residents.
