Capital Vacations, LLC is hiring In-House Timeshare Sales Representatives in the Orlando area. You will work with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand vacation goals and present personalized ownership solutions.

Earn commissions with weekly payouts and performance bonuses; top reps achieve six-figure annual earnings. This role requires Florida Real Estate licensing and a proven sales background in a high-performance, in-house setting.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales experience.
• In-House Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to travel for select sales events when applicable.
