Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring the final in-house Timeshare Sales Representatives for the Silver Lake Resort in the Orlando market. You will work with existing owners to present personalized ownership solutions and close sales in a competitive, high-performance environment.

Earn up to 17% commission with weekly payouts, plus monthly bonuses and paid training. Six-figure earning potential exists for top performers across events and road shows, with opportunities to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales.
• In-House sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong closing, communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays.

Capital Vacations is hiring the final In-House Sales Representatives of the year for our Silver Lake Resort sales team in the Orlando market.

We're looking for proven timeshare and vacation ownership sales professionals with an active Florida Real Estate License who are ready to compete at a high level and join an elite In-House sales environment.

Requirements

• Previous Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales experience
• In-House Sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability and willingness to travel for select sales events when applicable
