Capital Vacations is hiring an experienced In-House Timeshare Sales Representative to join our Hollywood Beach vacation ownership sales team. You'll work directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation needs and present personalized solutions that enhance their ownership experience.

We're seeking proven closers with in-house sales experience and a Florida Real Estate License. This opportunity offers up to 17% commission, weekly payouts, and uncapped monthly bonus

Qualifications

• Proven closing ability with recommended experience in in-house sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell to existing Capital Vacations owners and present personalized vacation solutions.
• Leverage industry experience to maximize earning potential through commissions and bonuses.
• Coordinate with recruiting to maintain confidentiality of conversations with candidates.
