Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• Grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, and cutting sheet metal.

Responsibilities

• Interpret job specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate fit and assembly.
• Prepare IMP components to fit tolerance and weld-ready status.
• Operate grinders and power tools to prep materials as required by job specs.
• Direct and monitor helpers and ensure daily tasks meet quality and safety standards.
• Follow SEA Quality Standards for all quality reporting.
