Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks an IMP Foreman to lead insulated metal panel installers in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time, hourly role demands supervision of the IMP team, adherence to SOPs, and coordination with the IMP Manager to ensure on-time, quality manufacturing of chiller-related modules.

The candidate should have extensive sheet metal and IMP experience, OSHA-30, and a track record of improving safety and efficiency in a fabrication setting. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA-30 certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify teams for crew structure.
• Verify training level of crew members and arrange trainings as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
• Collaborate with superintendent to meet schedules and training.
• Monitor tasks and verify layout and cuts to minimize rework.
• Enforce SOPs, assembly procedures, and safety practices.
• Seek improvements to reduce man hours and enhance safety.
• Coordinate with Engineering on solutions and revisions.
• Maintain machinery and equipment for project completions.
• Meet company and customer needs using all resources.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and other inspections.
