Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks an IMP Foreman in Jacksonville, FL to lead insulated metal panel crews, build modules for chiller plants, and ensure safe, on-time completion.

Reports to IMP Manager/Superintendent and oversees the IMP team in a full-time, non-exempt role. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in sheet metal with 5+ years as a foreman, plus 3+ years in insulated metal panels, and OSHA-30 certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 15+ years’ experience in sheet metal trade with 5+ years as Qualifying Foreman.
• 3+ years’ experience in Insulated Metal Panels.
• OSHA-30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify teams for crew structure and assign roles.
• Verify training levels; coordinate required qualifications.
• Ensure SOPs, safety procedures, and production guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with superintendent to meet schedules and training needs.
• Monitor tasks and validate layout, cuts, and assembly to minimize re-work.
• Enforce procedures, safety, and loading/packing of modules for shipment.
• Work with Engineering on solutions and revisions; maintain equipment.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections and turnover with Kaizen improvements.
• Communicate daily progress with clear verbal and written handoffs.
