Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills are required.
• Grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, and cutting sheet metal.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret job specifications, blueprint readings, target point measurements, true/plumb/square checking, and torque requirements for large industrial structural steel systems.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack IMPs and flashing from various materials to weld-ready status using isometric and structural drawings with fit tolerances.
• Select, measure, hand-dress, and cut with grinders and power saws to prepare IMP processes per job requirements.
• Maintain accountability for daily work completion while ensuring quality, safety, and health regulations.
