You will drive Legendary Service and lead by example in Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, with responsibility for BOPIS/OMNI execution as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately; basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for selling excellence.
• Own store-facing areas like Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps; ensure recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI processes with accuracy and speed.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
