Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members on the sales floor. This role requires owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, with BOPIS/OMNI duties as needed to meet store goals.

The Team Leader will be a top selling Team Member, lead shifts, and reinforce safe, high-standard operating practices while delivering excellent customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for performance.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap—maintenance and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safe practices.
• Assist customers at the register and with loading purchases.
