Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for the Security Assurance Team in the Washington, DC area.

This role requires an active Top Secret clearance and on-site presence at a DC-area SCIF, with travel as needed to support cross-functional security initiatives. You will lead end-to-end delivery of security certification programs, accelerate execution, and orchestrate cross-functional decision making among Engineering, IT, Product, and Security teams to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Must reside in DC metro area and work on-site.
• On-site in DC area up to 5 days a week during builds/deployments.
• 7+ years of security program management; 5+ years with advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL5/IL6, NIST 800-53, CMMC, PCI, HIPAA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for security certifications and federal authorizations.
• Identify blockers and maintain velocity in a cloud-native environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional decision making across Engineering, IT, Product, and Security.
• Refine delivery frameworks to maximize effectiveness with rigorous and agile approaches.
• Provide executive-level status reporting on milestones, risks, and progress.
• Build strategic partnerships with Security Assurance Team and stakeholders.
