Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager within the Security Assurance Team to lead high-visibility security compliance initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will drive end-to-end delivery across FedRAMP, DoD, and other certifications, aligning with global security objectives and enabling growth.

The role requires TS clearance, on-site work in the DC metro area, and ability to work in SCIF environments; travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required and ability to work in a SCIF.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of security certifications and federal authorizations across FedRAMP, DoD IL5/IL6, NIST 800-53, CMMC, PCI, HIPAA.
