Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS or equivalent; 8+ years in technical program management or security leadership.
• Translate security/privacy and identity access requirements into technical strategy, architecture, and execution plans.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and drive multi-team roadmaps without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive engineering leaders.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to accelerate strategy, problem solving, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and own the security program strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Databricks’ goals.
• Drive initiatives across Identity Infrastructure, Data Governance, Platform Security, ML, and Trust Engineering.
• Oversee execution of complex security engineering initiatives across multiple teams, from strategy through outcomes.
• Leverage cloud, distributed systems, and security engineering knowledge to influence design decisions, identify risks, and remove roadblocks.
• Define and track security metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and communicate program health and impact to stakeholders.
• Present program status, risks, and progress to executive and technical audiences; maintain transparency around security posture.
