Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to own and lead a company-wide portfolio of security programs spanning Trust & Safety Engineering, IAM, Platform Security, Security Operations, Product Security, and IT. This executive-facing role partners with C-suite and VP-level leaders to drive risk reduction and secure-by-default controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent tech experience.
• 10+ years in technical/program management or security leadership.
• Ability to translate security objectives into technical strategy, architecture decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive leaders.
• Willingness to work onsite three days per week across Bellevue, Seattle, SF, or Mountain View.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a company-wide portfolio of security programs across Trust & Safety, IAM, Platform Security, IT, and more.
• Translate risk into actionable plans and measurable risk reduction.
• Align architecture, investment planning, and execution with product and IT roadmaps.
• Mentor TPMs and raise standards for technical program leadership.
• Represent Databricks’ security posture in executive reviews and industry forums.
