Job summary

Alldus International is recruiting an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a major federal programme in Washington, DC. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

You will design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom applications, collaborating with technical and functional teams and providing ongoing development and support in a secure government environment.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or Custom Applications is beneficial.
ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications are highly desirable.
Previous experience supporting Federal/Government environments is advantageous.
Able to work on a hybrid basis in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Build workflows, integrations, custom applications, and platform functionality
Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand business requirements
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing development and technical support
Support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices
