Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, CS, or related field with extensive software/systems experience.
• Experience with DoD/IC security environments preferred.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Strong Kubernetes administration and Helm usage.
• GitLab CI/CD and DevOps automation experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a DevOps team responsible for design, deployment, and maintenance of a full stack containerized microservices architecture.
• Deploy, triage, and maintain a production big data pipeline using Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps scripts for rapid, reliable deployments.
• Configure Kubernetes deployments with Helm for new feature support.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, architecture, and security to meet requirements.
• Support SAFe Agile processes including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
