Job summary

SPG is seeking DevOps Engineers across experience levels to support a mission-focused modernization in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and a strong background in Linux, AWS, and containerized environments.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining production systems, automating infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and performance in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose and Swarm.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar deployment tools.
• Experience with Terraform scripting and VM provisioning.
• Experience with Ansible scripting and development.
• Experience with Git.
• DevOps/Systems/Cloud/Infra background.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support applications in complex production environments.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain software and infrastructure.
• Manage network servers and related technology tools.
• Monitor systems to ensure availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, outages, and deployment problems.
• Support DevOps automation, infrastructure provisioning, and CI/CD initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and technical teams supporting modernization efforts.
