Job summary

General Dynamics - IT in Offutt AFB, Nebraska seeks a SCITLS Power Platform User Support specialist to ensure Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint users are productive. This is an on-site, day-shift role with possible on-call and relocation assistance.

You will provide user support, create data solutions, assist with access, and collaborate with engineers and analysts. A 1+ year background, technical training or certification, ITSM and Security+ readiness, and US citizenship with

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint.
• Experience providing user support and assisting with issues.
• Experience supporting users, including troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues into clear, actionable guidance.
• Must possess or be able to obtain within 9 months of start: ITIL® 4 or 5: IT Service Management (ITSM) Certification
• Must possess or be able to obtain within 30 days of start: CompTia Security+
• Must possess Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Provides user support to assist system administrators.
• Creates and maintains various collaboration and data solutions.
• Successfully responds to user requests for assistance.
• Collaborates on architecture upgrades and consolidations.
• Interfaces with internal and external program staff to provide access to program data via collaboration tools.
• Assists with external account requests and access issues.
• Analyzes user requests and incidents to determine level of complexity and priority.
• Identifies and implements resolutions.
